7 Day bookings are usually from Friday to Friday with arrival after 4.00pm.
3 Day weekend bookings are from Friday to Monday with arrival after 4.00pm.
4 day week day bookings are from Monday to Friday with arrival after 4.00pm.
Departure on your final day is normally by 10.00am though can be later if no other guests are arriving that day.

3 night breaks starting on Friday cost 75% of the weekly rate
4 night breaks starting on Monday cost 70% of the weekly rate
4+ night breaks starting on Friday, Saturday or Sunday cost the full weekly rate
To make a booking, please contact us with proposed dates, the number of adults and children in your party, and your home telephone number.
If available, we will call you and then send you booking forms to sign and return with your deposit.
Bookings are secured with a 25% deposit. All bookings to be paid in full within 8 weeks of stay.
A security deposit of £350 is required with your final payment - returnable within 14 days of departure subject to damage inspection.
Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning is also included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
Pets: Please enquire. One (well-behaved) dog only.
Smoking: No smoking in the property.
It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
