Discounts may be available for last minute bookings. 3 night breaks starting on Friday cost 75% of the weekly rate 4 night breaks starting on Monday cost 70% of the weekly rate 4+ night breaks starting on Friday, Saturday or Sunday cost the full weekly rate To make a booking, please contact us with proposed dates, the number of adults and children in your party, and your home telephone number. If available, we will call you and then send you booking forms to sign and return with your deposit. Bookings are secured with a 50% deposit. All bookings to be paid in full within 8 weeks of stay. A security deposit of £350 is required with your final payment - returnable within 14 days of departure subject to damage inspection. Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Energy costs: Included in the rental price. End of stay cleaning is also included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it. Pets: Please enquire. One (well-behaved) dog maximum. Smoking: No smoking in the property. It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
