 Living space The Old Chapel is set on a slope - the 20 metre path up to the house is quite steep so guests need a reasonably good degree of mobility. The property has central heating, constant hot water and an open fire. The style of furniture and artwork is contemporary throughout. Downstairs

Cloak room/utility room – with shower, toilet, basin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Children's room - their own cosy sitting room, with beanbags, TV, Playstation and DVD player. Upstairs Bedroom 1 - huge room with feature window and ensuite shower-room and toilet. Great views across valley. Bedroom 2 - large room at rear with views of countryside to rear. King size bed with memory foam mattress and space for cot if required. Sleeps 2 adults. Bedroom 3 - large room with views across valley. Two single beds and one bunkbed. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 children. Bedroom 4 - small room, with great views across valley - a single bed that can pull out into two singles or one double. Sleeps 1 + 1. Bathrooms - as well as Bedroom 1's ensuite, there is a bath/shower room and a separate toilet upstairs. A further shower/toilet is downstairs. Outside Good sized gardens to the front and side (approx 1/4 acre), with drystone wall to front.
Large, wrap-round terrace, with LED lights, overlooks the graveyard across the valley on one side and the garden on the other. Equipped with garden bench, picnic table and barbeque. Parking - private, off-road space for up to four cars. The property is not overlooked and behind it lie open meadows and beyond those, woodland. Services
Wireless internet access is included in the rental. Mobile reception is not great, so a landline telephone is provided - UK and some overseas landline calls are included. For calls to mobiles, just leave an honest payment.
Freshly laundered linen and towels are included in the rental and are changed weekly. For two week stays, the house will be cleaned and linen and towels replaced on the Friday at the end of the first week.
